ANNOUNCEMENTS CONGRATULATIONS!!! We had an amazing 22 students make the Region 24 All-Region Band and several more who missed by one chair. We are extremely proud of all the hard work EVERY band member has put in so far this year and hope you continue to enjoy playing your instrument and making music. CONGRATULATIONS!!! Blalack band students competed in their first individual contest of the year, CFBISD All-District Contest, on Oct. 29th. They competed against students from the other CFB middle schools. Out of 112 available spots, Blalack students took a record 52! Welcome 6th Grade Band Students! We are very excited to have you in the Blalack Band and hope you have a great year. Don't forget to read the 6th Grade Band Handbook and print out a copy of the 6th Grade Calendar. Also check the Blalack Band website often for calendar updates and important information.
